Shipping Terms and Conditions

  1. The company will only ship products after verifying that the customer has confirmed the order and completed payment.

  2. Customers can contact the company during business hours (service available daily) from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Inquiries made after 10:00 PM will be answered on the next business day.

  3. Delivery time: Bangkok and surrounding areas — 2–3 days; Other provinces — 3–5 days after payment confirmation.

  4. The company offers free shipping within Thailand only via DHL eCommerce (DHL eCommerce Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd.).


Shipping Liability Conditions

  1. In the event of a delivery issue caused by the company’s error, and the customer reports it within the specified time frame, the company will arrange a new shipment at no cost.

  2. If the company cannot deliver or experiences delays due to force majeure beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, unrest, terrorism, strikes, unavoidable accidents), it reserves the right to postpone or cancel delivery without prior notice and will not be held liable for resulting problems or impacts. We apologize for and appreciate your understanding in such situations.


Order Cancellation Notification

Order Cancellation Conditions

  1. Orders can only be canceled if the products have not yet been shipped.

  2. For canceled orders with completed payment, the company will refund the amount to the customer as soon as possible.

  3. Refunds will only be transferred to the bank account of the person who placed the order.
