Wacoal product change/return policy

In case of change/return after receiving Wacoal products

Wacoal creates the highest satisfaction for customers in the event that the product does not fit properly or the style is not satisfactory. You can exchange products with Wacoal.

1. The customer will return Wacoal products. with the following conditions

1.1 Must not be unwrapped. Product code and price tags, underwear care instructions attached to underwear

1.2 Underwear must be in its original condition, unwashed. There is no stain caused by trying on the product. for hygiene All kinds of worn products do not accept returns.

1.3 The product to be exchanged must be the same price as the product to be exchanged.

1.4 The return of the product must not exceed 1 time and not more than 20 days from the payment date.

2. The customer must inform the registration number for sending the product back to Wacoal. to confirm the return of the product to Wacoal

In case of change/return before receiving Wacoal products

1. The customer must cancel the original order that the customer wants to change online order information such as size, color, phone number, delivery address, etc.

2. The customer places an order for the new purchase order. according to the online ordering information that customers want

3. Refunds in the original order will be refunded according to the conditions company refund
