Thai Wacoal donates 1,000,000 Baht for helping children with heart diseases receive cardiac surgery
     
     Mr. Amnuay Bumroongwongtong, Managing Director of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, presented a donation of Baht 1,000,000 on behalf of Thai Wacoal Plc. to The Cardiac Children Foundation of Thailand via Dr.Thiam Chokwatana Foundation in order to help children with heart diseases receive surgical treatments.

Thai Wacoal donates 200,000 Baht to Chulalongkorn hospital’s fund
     
     Mr.Manu Leelanuwatana, President of Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited, presented a donation of Baht 200,000 on behalf of Thai Wacoal Plc. to the Chulalongkorn Hospital’s fund in order to support the hospital's activities which has given benefits to Thai society. The Company has annually donated money to the fund since 1988. It is regarded as one of the company's efforts to give back to Thai society.

Thai Wacoal receives certificate “Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (Class 2)”
     
      Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has achieved the OEKO-Tex Standard 100 (class 2) Certification, the internationally renowned standard for textiles tested for harmless to human ecology for products with direct contact to skin. This certificate is awarded by Testex Swiss Textile Testing Institute, which is one of the members in the world’s leading textile institutes of the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology. With this certification, it assures consumers that Thai Wacoal’s lingerie are free from harmful substances.
      The Company will continue an effort to maintain the quality assurance standard of harmless to human ecology in order to ensure that consumers are well protected.

Thai Wacoal prepares to upgrade its textile testing room complied with ISO/IEC 17025 standard
     
     Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited has signed a contract with Industrial Development Foundation of Thailand Textile Institute to provide consulting service, laboratory-related training and to improve standard system of the textile testing room for the Company. It’s aimed to prepare the Company to be certified to ISO/IEC 17025, the international standard in testing and calibration laboratories, by the end of this year.
      Currently, the Company’s testing standard and testing method is based on Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) and Wacoal Corporation Standard Method. It’s also part of ISO 9001 : 2000 within the scope of "Design and Manufacturing of Ladies’ Foundation Garment (Brassiere)". Therefore, it ensures that the company’s products definitely have international standard quality.

Thai Wacoal joins Royal Thai Army to hold a fund-raising concert for tsunami victims
     
     Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited donated 250,000 Baht to Royal Thai Army in order to support a charity concert entitled “My Songs My Land”. Thai Wacoal declares 32^nd consecutive annual dividend payment
     
     At the 36th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of
Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited held on April 25, 2005, the meeting resolved to approve the annual dividend payment at the rate of Baht 1.10 per share, totaling Baht 132 million. The dividend payment will be scheduled on Tuesday 24th May, 2005. Thai Wacoal Plc. has paid the 32nd consecutive annual dividends to its shareholders. Notification of the book closing date for share transfer registration

      Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited would like to inform that the book closing date for share transfer registration to determine entitlement to attend the 36th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to receive dividends will be on April 5, 2005 at 12.00 hours until the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be completed.

Dr.Thiam Chokwatana Foundation in order to set up a fund
named “Saha Group & Friends Tsunami Help Fund for
Southern Thailand”. Moreover, Thai Wacoal employees also
donated Baht 70,000 to relief efforts for Tsunami victims via
the foundation on January 11, 2005.
